JACK has been producing different radio programmes:

In 2016, he started Gate Kicks! a music show where the music made by people with a learning disability, is broadcast every Wednesday at 1.30 PM on Resonance FM 104.4. This programme is produced at The Gate Art Centre, based in Shepherd’s Bush, London, and presented by the musicians Richie Boakye (MC Top Richie), Labake Anisere and Duane Warner (Mr Amazing):

The oldest programme he produced was Latin Waves, from 2010 to 2017, where he was showcasing music from Latin America covering its indigenous and Afro/European roots to avant-garde, experimental and improvisation:

In 2010, he was living in East London, 25 minutes away from Resonance FM, and got the idea of producing a show about electroacoustic music made by truly avant-garde Latin American musicians starting in the early 50s.  He has been passionate about Latin American avant-garde music since my late teens, with the help of Ricardo Dal Farra and Daniel Langlois Foundation archives plus other resources,  he explored the most underrated creative musicians on this planet. This approach was not completed so he started to include the music of indigenous cultures as well as the hybridised music styles born on Latin American soil from Africans, European and Asian people who have mixed in the last five centuries. The diversity of styles covered by the programme included Tropicalia, Cumbia, Free Jazz, Psychedelia, Chicha, Hip Hop, Musica Popular Brasileira, Tango, Cueca, Candombe, Samba, Mambo, Salsa, Son, Blues, Rock, Punk, among others.

Sadly in 2017, he needs to stop the programme to finish his Master’s Degree in Journalism which was very demanding but most of the programmes are available on Mixcloud.
